Yes I am! I got the SK cookbook for Christmas and there’s an updated version in there that has me salivating. I’ve gotten several baking pans from second hand stores – I love the patina they have, and knowing that many other delicious baked goods have been made in them.

Spectacular! I love the moodiness of the photos. I’ve been thinking about making a red velvet cake myself, but more along the lines of a red wine chocolate cake – although the beets do sound like a wonderful addition here. Also, now I want a bundt pan!
