I like the addition of crushed meringues. To be honest, the thought of an ambrosia “salad” (which I’ve only ever known as canned fruit cocktail + marshmallows + what I always thought was mayonnaise rather than yogurt – yuck!) has never been that appealing to me, but yours looks totally delicious! Perfect for summer, Christmas or not!
