Oh, I love, love, love this recipe!!!! I am a huuuge fan of B&J Chunky Monkey and this is a fantastic, healthy version of it!! Must try!! Thanks so much dear for sharing this recipe! It’s so cool!

I have found the most important factor is how ripe the bananas are. Anything less than brown and very spotty will make for some very unsweet icecream. Worth another try!

I’m so tempted to try making ice cream with bananas – I’ve heard genuinely great things. Leti it get warmer and perhaps I shall!

I tried this once and was underwhelmed, but I obviously didn’t add enough chocolate, nuts, or coconut. Looks fantastic!

Sounds delicious! Might have to make this…. although I don’t eat coconut. Do you think it would be okay without or can you suggest any substitutions?
